The problem of employee performance in the Protocol Section of the South Sumatra Provincial Government is not optimal and the employee performance appraisal process is often subjective and can be influenced by the preferences or personal views of superiors or evaluators. This research method uses a qualitative research approach. Data or information is collected through interviews with informants, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that: Context: the limited number of employees handling various protocol activities causes overlapping in the division of tasks. This makes the workload feel heavy and uneven among employees. In addition, the lack of employee understanding of each other's duties and functions, coupled with minimal work experience and employee rotation within the work unit, also exacerbates the situation.</em><em> Input: Although facilities and infrastructure are adequate, there are several things that need to be improved, especially additional equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and other office equipment needed to support administrative tasks. Promotional tools such as presentation materials, such as banners, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials to promote events or activities organized by the provincial government, are also needed. Process: The employee performance appraisal process is often subjective and can be influenced by the preferences or personal views of superiors or evaluators. However, the South Sumatra Provincial Protocol Section conducts performance evaluations by assessing the Protocol Section's performance in meeting service standards and compliance with established protocols, then identifying strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of protocol tasks, and then providing recommendations for improvement and performance enhancement. Data were collected through literature studies, observations and interviews. The technique of checking data abstraction is carried out through the extension of participation time, observation, triangulation and peer checking as well as the emergence of references. This research uses Terry's theory (2006), namely by looking at four factors, namely: Planning, Organizing, Implementation and Supervision. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the digital divide has on rural development in the Sumber Rejeki village, Karang Agung Ilir sub-district, Banyuasin Regency. This researcher took the research location in the Sumber Rejeki village, Karang Agung Ilir sub-district, Banyuasin Regency, Palembang, where in this village it is still difficult to access the internet and the infrastructure in the village is inadequate. The author conducted a quantitative research method using a sample size of 150 people generated from the Slovin formula. The method in collecting data for this study is offline in the form of a questionnaire survey to the community in the Sumber Rejeki village, the data collection method in this study is using the normality test, simple regression linearity test, product moment correlation hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the digital divide and rural development and it can be seen that the r value = 0.333 is greater than the p value &lt;0.05. The performance report of regional office employees of the South Sumatra Province Financial and Asset Management Agency did not show good results. This is believed to still be caused by poor working conditions and work discipline. Job responsibilities are very important. When employees are responsible for their work, they will use all their abilities to achieve satisfactory work results. The results of the hypothesis test on the influence of work order variables on employee productivity obtained a calculated t value = 0.315 &gt; t table = 1.664, a significance index of 0.753. This proves the hypothesis that work discipline has a positive effect on employee productivity. For the</em><em> employment variable, the regression coefficient or β1 = 0.036 means that the greater the employment, the higher the employee productivity. With a very basic reason that the teacher has a very important role in determining the quality of the teaching that has been carried out. Teachers are needed to be able to play an active role as managers of the teaching and learning process, act as facilitators who always try to create class organization, use teaching methods as well as the attitudes and characteristics of teachers in managing the teaching and learning process. Productivity is influenced by many factors of income or income. Teachers at UPT SMK N 9 Musi Banyuasin have varying incomes. ASN teachers who are certified educators can be said to have enough income, because in addition to getting the basic salary of the ASN teachers, they also get a professional allowance equal to the basic salary they get. Meanwhile, ASN teachers who are not certified educators only get a basic salary. Meanwhile, honorary teachers only hope for BOS funds, which are very limited in number. The original purpose of this study was to find out how big the impact of principal supervision on teacher performance, to find out how big the effect of income level on teacher performance and to find out how big the impact of principal supervision and income level together on teacher performance in SMK in Lalan District, District Banyuasin Music. The data were analyzed through stages: sorting, analysis/discussion, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of Laboratory Licensing in the Work Area of</em> <em>the Provincial Health Office has been carried out well, but there are still obstacles in the aspect of mobilizing/implementing it. The implementation of Community Training and Protection from the planning aspect has been carried out in accordance with the applicable guidelines and regulations. The research applied an associative design with a quantitative approach, employing causal relationship analysis. Data were processed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS for Windows version 22.0 at a significance level of α = 0.05.The findings reveal that principal’s academic supervision, organizational climate, and teacher competence significantly affect teacher performance.
